Fitness
Fitness — Movement integrated into therapy: flexible use of our fitness room (treadmill, bike, rowing machine, boxing bag) and guided small-movement practices to support strength, mobility and regulation. As a qualified, registered fitness instructor and regular runner, I believe movement is an essential part of holistic therapy. You won’t be asked to run a marathon — instead we focus on keeping muscles, tendons and joints mobile, flexible and strong so movement sustainably supports wellbeing. At Cloud House we encourage small, manageable movement during sessions — even a few stretches make a difference. Our fitness room can be incorporated into therapy and includes a treadmill, stationary bike, rowing machine, boxing bag and stretching mats. Sessions are flexible: halfway through you might choose to walk or run on the treadmill, do a round of boxing, begin with movement and finish with art therapy, or end with a short massage. Therapy moves with you.
Massage & Reiki
Somatic therapies blended with clinical care: calming massage, Reiki and touch-based regulation that can be a stand-alone session or incorporated into your therapy plan. Massage and Reiki are cornerstones of holistic wellbeing at Cloud House, bringing somatic and body-based therapies into the therapeutic package. Many clients begin their session with a clothed, seated head & shoulder massage combined with breath work to encourage calm and embodied awareness. Sessions can include a relaxing back massage, Reiki for aches and energy balance, or a focused hand or foot massage. While some clients attend solely for massage, these modalities are also seamlessly woven into longer therapy programs to deepen regulation, presence and healing.
Counselling & Therapy
Co-created, trauma-aware sessions using counselling, art therapy, somatics and narrative approaches. Qualified, experienced and person-centred. I hold a four-year Psychology degree (fourth year specialising in Counselling and Research), an Art Therapy Diploma, a Postgraduate Certificate in Child & Family Practice and a double diploma in Mental Health and AOD. With nearly 30 years of practical experience across individual, family and group work, I bring broad clinical skill and creativity to sessions. Therapy at Cloud House is co-created — the sessions are your space. I’ll walk with you, helping identify guideposts and pathways while you lead the journey. Therapy can be empowering and healing, and sometimes challenging; there is no pressure — only gentle support, kindness and tools tailored to you.
Books
Creative workbooks and illustrated storybooks that extend therapy into home life, with mindfulness activities, colouring-in and child-friendly wellbeing tools. The Cloud House book range is designed to extend therapy, spark imagination and teach practical wellbeing skills. Our books explore the animals, birds and insects of Cloud House through lifesize paintings, stories, fast facts, activities and sensory self-help ideas. Many volumes include mindfulness colouring pages, line drawings and full-colour plates. We also offer workbooks that clients can complete during their program or at home — children respond particularly well to the playful, imaginative activities. The Lolly McJolly series for children shares stories of kindness and friendship through vibrant rhyme and colourful illustration.
Women’s Group
An 8-week trauma-aware program for women who have experienced violence, focusing on safety, boundaries, inner alarms and communication skills. Cloud House runs a regular 8-week women’s group for people who have experienced violence and abuse. The group meets weekly for two hours and teaches empowering strategies to notice inner alarms, set and protect healthy boundaries, and strengthen communication and relationship skills. The program is practical, trauma-aware and grounded in safety — designed to help participants reclaim agency and build supportive skill sets.

Holistic Therapy
Angela worked with my young son in her personally established 'Leave No Emotion Behind Program'. Together they created a personalised emotional regulation book to assist my son to identify and honour his emotions. Angela travelled to our home to work with my son. We always looked forward to her warm, compassionate and bubbly company and therapeutic practices.
